Yes. We have an order minimum of 6 orders for our custom wedding and corporate concierge services.
There are no minimums for our pre-curated gift boxes, however, some of our boxes are limited editions and are available for a limited time.

Custom wedding and corporate concierge

Each custom proposal project is carefully tailored to our client’s wishes. We require 6-10 weeks to complete the design process, sourcing of products, assembly and delivery.If your event falls within the 6-week timeline, it will be considered a rush order. Please contact us to determine how we can accommodate your request. Retaining our services as early as possible is key to avoid disappointment.

Pre-curated Collections

Pre-curated orders typically ship out in 1 to 3 business days from the time of placing the order.For larger orders, the turnaround time may exceed 3 to 5 business days in which case we will reach out to you via email and update you. For orders that include handmade confectionary, please allow 5 to 7 business before your order is shipped. You will receive an email notification with updated shipping information. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified.

Yes. We require a retainer of 20% paid after our clients accept their custom proposal and sign our agreement.

Yes, definitely! Gift assembly is included for all our collections, including our Wedding, Corporate Concierge services and our Design Your Own Box. The Gift boxes are shipped in a signature mailer box.

Yes, we do. However, we cannot guarantee the condition the product arrives in. Our gift boxes leave our facility in perfect condition. We have no control over transit times, handling and conditions.

We collect sales tax in accordance with the province of Ontario.

Due to the nature of our giftboxes, all orders are final sale and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.  At Giftsmith Inc. we take great pride in making sure your gift arrives looking beautiful! If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately at info@giftsmith.com.

Yes you can! If you would like to ship gift boxes to multiple addresses, please submit each order separately. You can order multiple boxes on one order if you are delivering them all to the same address.

We deliver to personal residences and places of business within Canada during business hours. We do not ship internationally at this time.

We use Canada Post. Hand Delivery is offered on a case by case basis in the Greater Toronto Area(GTA) for custom wedding and corporate orders.

We gladly accept Visa and Mastercard, except American Express, for our online transactions. We do not store credit card information and therefore cannot take payment over the phone. We do not accept cheques and electronic transfers.

Yes. We constantly source new and exciting products and design new giftboxes. Most of the Giftboxes online are limited editions.

Yes, for sure. You can add a message and choose a card during the ordering process. Your personal message will be included in a signature Giftsmith greeting card. Or you can choose a card and choose to leave it blank for you to add a handwritten message.
